*1-Day Chanting Session**
We will be having a 1-Day Chanting Session (¾«ßM·ðÒ») on the 2nd March (Sunday)
from 9:30am - 5pm and you are all welcome to attend this session. The format
of the session will be relatively simple as the main objective is to focus
on the recitation of "Amituofo". The proposed outline for the 1-Day Chanting
session is the same as our usual fortnightly session (see below for the
format of our usual session).

**Fortnightly chanting session**
*We would like to invite you to our usual chanting session (Äî·ð¹²ÐÞ·¨•þ) on this
coming Sunday (17th Feb) which also will act as a "practice session" for the
upcoming 1-Day chanting session. You can find the direction for the venue on
the ULU website <http://www.ulu.co.uk/content/index.php?page=1302> (there is
parking close by if you are driving). If you can't find the venue on the
day, please feel free to contact me (07886299633) for direction.

2pm - 2:15pm -> Introduction and discussion on Pure Land Teaching
2:15pm - 2:30pm -> Recite Amitabha Sutra (°¢›ÍÓ½›)
2:30pm - 4:30pm -> Walking Meditation - You may do the whole 2 hours or
leave at any time during the chanting. (À@·ð)
4:30pm - 4:45pm -> Discussion


If you would like to practise at your own time, this is the ÍíÕn

session.

During the walking meditation (À@·ð), we will be chanting the Name of Amitabha
Buddha in Mandarin (Amituofo, °¢›ÍÓ·ð).
