Dear all,

Thanks everyone for this weekend's tranquility. It was a great session,
albeit a physically challenging one somehow :p (wonder what will it be like
if we do a 7-day session haha)

I have an idea for the next session: can we play 1 or 2 audio clips by
Master ChingKung (each lasting about 30 minutes from the 'breakfast talks'
series)at the beginning of the session, or half way through? the reason for
suggesting this idea is to boost our morale and raise our mindfulness of
practice;retreats in monastery also usually end/begin daily with a short
talk by the master leading the retreat.

also, for our fortnightly session, I thought it would be more fun to have a
focused discussion at the end. For example, if Tian Hao doesn't mind, he
will tell us one story/week of the wisdom of great monks in the past - like
the ones he used to tell us in the restaurant. and the rest of us will take
turns (maybe 2 persons per fortnight) to share meaningful quotes that we
read in books/paper, or share the extraordinary things done by people we
encounter in our daily life.

Not sure if u guys like my ideas. maybe we should have a trial session? ;)

Amituofo,
Jun
p.s.sorry for d lengthy email, dint mean it.
