[Volunteers] Focus of Advertising - IMPORTANT

Dear all,

 

Following the meeting yesterday we are going to focus our advertising
campaign (website, newspaper, media etc) on individual events.  The two
we need to market heavily are:

 

1) Talk on 12 Oct by Senior Lecturer Mr Tsai Lishu.

 

2) Talk on 13 Oct by Ven Master Chin Kung.

 

We are going to pay the remaining payment to Friends House to use the
full capacity (1100+) for both evenings.

 

Tasks:

1) Wan-Jun is going to design two posters to market the two different
talks (use on websites and replaces the two posters in Chinatown).
Wan-Jun please refers to the latest posters I sent which includes a
mobile contact telephone)

 

2) PR group please find out the cost of advertising in Metro etc, and
free advert in Phoenix Chinese Satellite Channel.

 

3) Anne and Pui Hwa, please liaise with Bro Guosheng Li for the
remaining payment cost.

 

4) I will try to secure more funding.  Everyone is welcome to help!
