Yes, someone has already asked Ven Wu Shin for such an opportunity when
Ven Master Chin Kung visits London so master would need to oblige as a
member of Sangha.  Ven Wu Shin said it takes just 5 minutes because
master doesn't do elaborated ceremony but instead reminder of the real
meanings of taking refuge.  However because of the translation I have
allowed for 15 minutes at the end of master's featured talk on the 13
Oct (8.45pm according to the programme sheet 1 Oct 2006).

regarding 2-triple gems refuge registration just came to our attention.
is that for taking Triple Gem Refuge? Is that activity included in one
of the 3 days?

	I definitely think a feedback form will be helpful as I am too
learning a lot from this experience.  Also there are a couple of forms
that I wish to create, just wonder how busy are you?

	 

	1 - Notice to hand out to participants during registration on
maintaining order and discipline (A5 - both Chinese and English).

	 

	2 - A Triple Gems Refuge registration form containing name
(Chinese/English), Gender and DOB (A5 or even 1/3 of A4).

	 

	3 - A form for those who wish to receive information from AMTB
UK (when someone eventually wishes to establish AMTB UK officially after
the event) - A5

	 

	I can do the Chinese writing but if you can help me to design it
will be most helpful.

	what i can try to come up with a simple feedback form for guest
to fill in 

	mayb?? good to know which type of media and communication is
effective in 

	spreading msg for future events.

	 

	ps: i did some research, for future ref :) FM transmitter is not
very
