[Volunteers] A3 posters

Dear all

I have submitted the A3 printing to reprographic; will be able to
collect it at 2.30 later today. I have printed 8 copies each as it is
easier to instruct and least likely to make mistakes.

I will contact QM student union to put up the posters (with give them
both A3 and A4 as some of our poster boards are small) tomorrow. Sorry
my schedule is a bit hectic today.

The question is, who and when shall I pass the A3 posters to?
When do you need these?
