[Volunteers] [Adhoc AMTB] Important notice - welcoming dinner, there is an error, dont print yet!!

please do not print yet!! there is a missing sentence
in the second notice!  also, i find the message
alittle confusing with regards to the second sentene,
can we say 'WELCOMING speech will be delivered..'
instaed of 'speech will be delivered..' to avoid
confusion between speech & talk?
