[Volunteers] Programme for Ven Master Chin Kung and overseas delegates

Dearest all,

 

The more detail I get to know and put down on the programme the closer I
know we are to the actual events!

 

Please find attached the detailed programme (in Chinese and English) for
Ven Master Chin Kung and overseas VIPs.  Some events and timing are
expected to change over the next few days but they reflect some minor
schedule changes at the Welcoming Dinner, Talk at SOAS (from 1 hour
extended to 1.5 hours), visit to Cambridge etc.  

 

Because the programme is very detailed down to the time of leaving
hotels and delivery of meals the information is VERY IMPORTANT for our
volunteers too, so PLEASE READ IT.  

 

You DO NOT need to print any hard copies yet as I will continue to
receive confirmation of certain events and timing during the course of
the next two days or so.

 

When we have the most up-to-date programme on Tuesday 10 Oct, we will
need to print it out for the overseas VIPs (to be included in their
information pack given by us upon arrival).  All volunteers will need to
have a copy so we can coordinate our work fully with their schedule.

 

Please note that the programme is NOT for the public.
