[Volunteers] Volunteers please

Dearest all,

 

I have updated my offline version of the spreadsheet to reflect minor
changes to the event flow and recent addition/deletion to our list of
volunteers.  I have not got time to do the online version so I am going
to send you this current one.

 

You can see from this that we still need quite many volunteers to cover
the various tasks.  Even the Cambridge tour needs 3 more volunteers, and
the talks require more stewards/stewardesses.

 

Can you please check and see if there are other volunteers available?
