[Volunteers] Travel from SOAS to Friends House

Dear Bro Guosheng and bro Guotien,

 

I understand that Bro Guosheng will be preparing your cars for the use
of Ven Master Chin Kung and his few VIPs during the course of the 3
days.  Can you please check the programme and see if everything is okay?

 

At the end of the visit at SOAS I would have started my work at Friends
House so only Jun and Alastair will remain at SOAS.  Please make sure
that they need to leave SOAS at 6.30pm.  Ven Master may decide to walk
the short journey or take the cars but please make his aware of the
choices and be prepared!

 

Please give me a call when Ven Master Chin Kung leaves SOAS so we at
Friends House can get ready too!
