[Volunteers] Your own bookings for the events - IMPORTANT 18 Sept 2006

Dear committee members and volunteers,

 

1. Welcoming Dinner

Unfortunately our balance sheet is still well short of the target so the
joint organisers are unable to sponsor our attendance to the Welcoming
Dinner.  So please go through the same registration routine to make your
individual bookings for the dinner.  If you are a student and would like
to take the discounted rate please feel free to do so.  I hope the
situation won't deter you from attending the dinner with Ven Master Chin
Kung, his respectable delegates and so many Dharma friends on the path!

 

Please make your booking now as places are limited.

 

2. Talks at Friends House

As for the two talks at Friends House you DO NOT need to make any
bookings at this stage.  I am organising and planning the actual work
force at the moment so I hope to release the details soon, which would
cover the entire 4 days events from receiving Ven Master Chin Kung and
his delegates at Waterloo on the 11th Oct to sending the guests off from
different places on the 14th Oct.
