[Volunteers] IMPORTANT - Please volunteer your time and fill in the spreadsheet

Dear all,

 

First of all I must thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for
giving their time and effort to take part in this project.  It is Ven
Master Chin Kung tireless work on promoting the Buddha's teachings that
bring us all together.  I hope we can all continue to work our best, to
put the teachings of kindness, understanding and universal acceptance
into practice.  I can't stop thinking how amazing this project is when
you consider four separate bodies with many of their members hardly know
one another, working together with no detailed planning at the start of
the project but enthusiasm.

 

Based on Katherine's good work and the current information I hold on the
visit I have reworked the logistic and work plan volunteering
spreadsheet. There are 3 worksheets: -

 

1) Event Work Flow

2) Preparation

3) Volunteer List and Contact

 

They should be sufficiently detailed with the deadlines/time included.
Could you please see if you can fill in the blanks, or give me
suggestions/ideas if any of the items do not make sense?

 

Also I have put down some names as a suggestion so please inform me if
there is a problem.

 

Could you please fill your names in and provide any much suggestion as
possible (like friends who can do flower arrangements, the best place to
hire a couch etc)?  Reply to me with your updated spreadsheet and I will
amalgamate them into one whilst Vincent is helping me to put this
spreadsheet online.
