Selina, she will send it to u after ULUBUDA exco have
filled in theirs. in case u need to know asap, its 
12/9 - 1800 BEF t-shirts
13/9 - 1830 tea and hot towels for speakers and
interpreters
14/9 - 0900 assist luggage
15/9 - 0900 assist luggage
